                                  Our main objectives:

                                  • Health
In addition to simply respecting hygiene and safety standards and regulations, Schneider Electric is attentive to its employees' work conditions. In 2005, Schneider Electric defined an occupational health policy. This policy is aligned with the World Health Organization's definition of health "Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity".

                                  Diversity
Diversity underpins our history, culture and identify. That’s why the first commitment in Our Principles of Responsibility states that: « Schneider Electric employees can all express their cultural diversity and are managed without discrimination ».
