Senior Product Engineer

Responsibilities:

Lead and train Product Engineering team members
Maintain SAP system and solving BOM error issues
To convert customers' requirements into drawings and specifications of which when comply with
manufacturing, will permit the quality policies to be achieved, model made and to conduct all relevant tests required by the standard
To review all designs together with design team for feasibility by applying failure mode-and-effect analysis and value engineering techniques and by change of design, will eliminate potential modes of product failure both in manufacturing and service
To define products and their constituent parts in a manner that permits most cost effective control in manufacturing and service
Manage engineering changes relating to products/processes evaluations
To do preliminary product cost and product cost reduction
To ensure products/processes are with part-list, operation standard, operation standard summary, flow chart, critical parts and related documents
