Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all sales targets are achieved or exceeded through project follow up.
Maintain and service existing customers and actively seek to obtain new business through establishing relationships with Consultants, Architects, specifiers and Developers etc
Work closely with M&E Consultant, contractors, developer, interior designer and architechto get project specify.
Stay abreast of market and competitor activity and provide accurate project forecasting.
Develop new business opportunities / strategy in the Residential and Commercial market segment
Achieve good co-ordination amongst LCA staff.
Co-operate fully and support other functional departments such as marcoms, logistics, commercial, and finance as required
To keep up to date with product knowledge and ensure customers are informed of latest product updates.
Requirements:
Degree / diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Strong technical projectselling experience and preferably at least two years in the Electrical industry.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Building Relationships and Networking.
Dynamic, sales oriented and self-motivated.
Customer Service Orientation.
Pleasant personality, self starter and team player.
